Fay R. DeClerck

Fay R. DeClerck, 80, of Albion passed away Sept. 18, 2021, due from complications from COVID.  Fay was born May 2, 1941 in Troxelville, PA, a daughter of the late Clarence & Verna Maude (Thomas) Moyer.  Fay was a lifelong resident of Albion.  Fay was always working and never stopped.  She enjoyed lottery tickets, yard sales and picking out treasures in the trash.  Fay was always willing to help someone in need and loved spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and the dogs. 

She was predeceased by 11 siblings.  Fay is survived by her children: Talisa (Michael) Chillari and Cary (Mary) DeClerck; grandchildren, Tara (Scott) Murch, Brittanie Declerck, Kimber DeClerck, Cary DeClerck Jr., Talina Puga, Christopher (Stephany) McAdoo, Nicholas McAdoo and Patrick (Brittany) Woodhams; 23 great-grandchildren; brother, Clarence Moyer Jr. and several nieces and nephews. 

 The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 West Ave., Albion, on Thu., Sept. 23, from 4-8 p.m.  Fay’s funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Fri., Sept. 24, at 11 a.m. followed by interment in Sandy Creek Cemetery.
