Elizabeth “Betty” Kirby
Elizabeth “Betty” Kirby, 96, of Albion passed away peacefully Oct. 11, 2021 at the Martin Linsen Hospice Residence. She was born Aug. 31, 1925 in Rochester, NY, a daughter of the late Harry and Ann (Mitchell) Rock.
Betty was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph’s Church.
She was predeceased by her husband John; daughter, Roxanne; brothers, Harold and Jack Rock; sister, Jeanne Cole. Betty is survived by her children: David Kirby, Douglas (Karen) Kirby, Christine (Michael) Pettinato and Susan Kirby; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Betty’s mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph’s Church, W. Park St. Albion, on Mon., Oct. 18, at 10 a.m. Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made Supportive Care of Orleans, P.O. Box 489, Albion, NY 14411; or to the charity of your choice.
