Donald C. Smith
HOLLEY – Donald C. Smith, 85, passed away on Tuesday April 19, 2022.
He was predeceased by his wife Ruth, and parents Almon & Lillian Smith.
He is survived by his sons, Jeffrey Smith & Carl Smith, Keith (Barbara) Marshall and Gerald Marshall; daughters, Annette Burley & Lisa Collins; brother, Gordon (Sandy) Smith; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; in-laws, Nancy (Clair) Purdy, Pat King, Joan (Bob) Lundmark, Sandy (Don) Homer & Cecelia (Paul) Munger; Wayne (Norma) Goetz & Lynn (Lorene) Goetz; and several nieces & nephews.
Don was a United States Gypsum Company retiree who enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with his family in retirement. He was a life-long Buffalo Bills fan. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
The family will receive friends at the First Baptist Church of Holley, 14470 25 Geddes St., Holley, NY 14470, Sat., April 30, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. followed immediately by his funeral service at 10 a.m. Interment will be held privately at a later date.
