Debra L. Bieniek

MEDINA – Debra L. Bieniek, 63, of Medina, passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at the Martin-Linsin Residence in Albion following a battle with cancer.

Debbie was born March 7, 1960 in Lockport, a daughter of the late Donald and Donna (Yates) Diermyer.

She grew up in the Medina area and was a hard worker all of her life. She worked for Bernzomatic in Medina for over 20 years and went on to work for Advanced Energy/Trek in Lockport, where she eventually retired. Debbie enjoyed travelling and was an avid camper. She also enjoyed bowling and fishing. An animal lover, Debbie gave much love to her many K-9 companions over the years. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her loving family, grandchildren and friends.

Left to cherish her memory are her longtime faithful partner, Michael Jackson of Medina; her two children, Kelly Kenward (Matt Maynard) and CJ (Jill) Kenward both of Medina; beloved grandchildren, Lacey Kenward, Amelia Kenward, Lillian Maynard, Olivia Maynard and Ryker Kenward; two sisters, DeAnn Diermyer and Denise Adams; nephew, Christopher Richardson; and many dear friends who stood by Debbie’s side showing their love and support until her final days.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, July 22, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Calvary Tabernacle Assembly of God Church, 11031 Maple Ridge Rd., Medina. Her memorial service will immediately follow at 12 p.m. and interment will be in Boxwood Cemetery.
