Daryl Gene Higgins
ALBION – Daryl Gene Higgins, 78, of Albion, NY, passed away May 16, 2025 under the care of Hospice at Rochester General Hospital. He was born in Medina on November 27, 1946, to the late Lois and Allen Higgins.
Daryl leaves behind two brothers: David (Noreen), and Dennis (Pam). He graduated from Medina High School and was an Army veteran. Daryl dedicated his adult life to farming in the Knowlesville and Albion areas.
Daryl is survived by his four children: Darlene (Jim) Hunt, Daryl, Jr. (Marilyn), Donna (Ken) Black, and Danielle Higgins. He also leaves behind 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in Millville Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions in Daryl’s name may be made to Hospice.
Daryl’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home of Albion, NY.
