Christopher W. Coleman, 42, of Medina, entered into rest on Sun., Nov. 3, 2019 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester.

Born on Sept. 5, 1977 in Rochester, N.Y., he was the son of the late Gerald W. and Ann (Schulwitz) Coleman.

Christopher was an avid Buffalo Bills fan who enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics, excelling in hockey.

Christopher is survived by his wife, Amanda Coleman; siblings, Pam Coleman, Amy Burgess, Sara Burgess, Scott Coleman and Ryan Coleman; two aunts, Connie Faraone and Henrietta Shay; three uncles, William Shay, Michael Schulwitz and Larry Coleman; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, Christopher is predeceased by his grandparents, Henry H. and Mamie I. Coleman, Art and Verna Schulwitz; and an uncle, Dominic Faraone.

There will be no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Christopher’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the ICU staff at Strong Memorial Hospital for the tremendous care he received.
