Bran E. Harvey, 48, of Chicago, Ill. and formerly of Albion, passed away May 24, 2020 after a courageous four-year battle with cancer.

Bran is survived by his wife, Lisa Forde; his daughters, Nora and Frannie of Chicago; his mother, Ann (Donald) Brown of Albion; his father, Bruce Harvey of Penn Yan; and his sister, Staci Graham (Charles Breuilly) of Albion. He was the son-in-law of Frances Forde and the late Walter Forde; the brother-in-law of Ann (Bill) Murray, Roger Forde, Kelly (Marc) Mosciki, and the late Thomas Forde; as well as uncle to many nieces and nephews.

He graduated from Albion High School, class of 1990. He went on to earn a degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison; as well as a law degree from Loyola University Law School, Chicago.

His devotion to family, particularly his two daughters, his quick wit, and his love for music will be remembered by the many friends he made along life’s path.

Bran was a passionate musician and a member of several bands, including The Balltease Falcons, The Returnables, Teenage Imposters, and Junior High.

His services were held at the convenience of the family.
