Beverly M. “Bev” Streams Searls

Beverly M. “Bev” Streams Searls, 89, of Medina, NY, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus on Sunday October 9, 2022 at Newfane Rehabilitation and Health Center.

Born on March 16, 1933, in Smicksburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Willine (Whitticker) Banks Sr.

Bev attended school in the Marion School District and right after school she was married for 34 years to the late Robert James Streams Sr., together they raised five children. After Roberts’ passing, she married the late Clayton Edward Searls. Bev enjoyed knitting, crocheting and camping. She was a devoted wife, mother and Christian, and enjoyed fellowship with her church family.

Bev is survived by her children, William (Becky Raike) Streams of Medina, NY, Christine (Michael) Keeves of Buffalo, NY, nine grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings, Paul Banks, William Wolfe, Florence (Bill) Searls, Kenny Banks, all of Pennsylvania, two sons-in-laws, Kenneth Washburn of Ransomville, NY, VL Slone of Cohocton, NY, and a daughter-in-law, Lenora Streams of Medina, NY, along with many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husbands, Bev is predeceased by three children, Robert Streams Jr, Beverly Slone and Janet Washburn.

Relatives and friends may call on Friday, October 14, 2022 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Bogan & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY 14103, where a funeral will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM and burial will be private for the family.
