Barbara “Rose” Hinkley

Barbara “Rose” Hinkley, 68, of Albion, NY, went to be with the Lord on Mon., Oct. 12, 2020 at the United Memorial Hospital, Batavia, NY. Born on Oct. 9, 1952, in Clay, WV, she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Virgi (Moore) Brown.

Barbara is survived by three children: Scott Hinkley of Fla., Michelle Curtiss of Albion, NY, Douglas (Stacia) Hinkley of Brockport, NY; nine grandchildren: Tiffany, Hailey, Tristian, Douglas Jr., Alexis, Nathan, Andrew, Ryan, and Ethan; a great-grandson, Ethan; two very special great-nephews: David and Ethan; a sister, Donna French of Hammondsport, NY; a brother, William Brown Sr. of Medina, NY; and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call on Fri., Oct. 16, 2020 from 1-3 p.m. at the Oak Orchard Assembly of God Church, 12111 Ridge Rd., Medina, NY 14103, where a funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. with the Pastor, Rev, Daniel A. Thurber officiating. Masks and social distancing will be mandatory. Private family burial will be held at the West Ridgeway Cemetery.
