This was the most challenging and emotional experience of her career and she was awarded a NYS Senate Liberty Award. Ann enjoyed gardening and reading. Following her retirement she bought a retired show horse, “Nut N Honey” a Tennessee Walker. Fulfilling a childhood dream, she enjoyed taking care of her horse.
