Alan C. Fitch
Alan C. Fitch, 93, of Marcellus, N.Y., passed away Jan. 18, 2020 at home quietly, surrounded by his family.
A native of Fulton, N.Y., Alan lived in Marcellus 53 years. He was a Navy veteran. Alan retired from Galson and Galson Consulting Engineers in 1991, after 35 years. He was a member of Marcellus First Presbyterian Church. Alan enjoyed woodworking and golf, and he was an avid bird watcher.
He was predeceased by his wife of 48 years, Jean M.
He is survived by his children, Jeris (Alan) Daniels, Jaleen D’Ambrosio, Steven (Trish), Jack (Laurie) and Eric (Jodi); brother, Hollis W. Fitch; sister, Jean Haag; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Thu., Jan. 23 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, 44 E. Main Street, Marcellus. Service and burial will be private.
