Adeline S. Millis
CARLTON – Adeline S. Millis, 97, passed away October 24, 2022 at the Martin Linsin Residence. She was born May 16, 1925 in Albion, a daughter of the late John and Anna (Kowal) Mack and had lived in this area all of her life.
Adeline was a member of the Gaines Carlton Community Church. She worked and retired from General Electric after many years. She enjoyed baking, gardening and flowers.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband George; her son David; sister Mary Rowan; brothers Frank Mack, Walter Mack, Joe Mack.
She is survived by her daughters Linda (Ken) Haley; Paula Brooks; her son Dr. Darryl (Linda) Millis; daughter-in-law Joan Millis; grandchildren Julie (Jay) Mersdorf, Karen (Gary) Barber, Brian (Diane) Millis, Christopher (Chantal) Millis, Nicholas (Caitlin) Millis; 9 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
There are no prior calling hours. Her Memorial Service will be held at the White Birch Golf Course, 1515 N. Lyndonville Rd., Lyndonville NY 14098 on Saturday November 26th at 12 p.m. Burial will be in Mt. Albion Cemetery.
