Richard M. Forder
Richard “Woodchuck” “Ricky” Forder, 20, of Albion, died suddenly Oct. 10, 2019. He was born Sept. 13, 1999 in Brockport, a son of Chris (Roy) Miller and Stephen Forder.
Richard graduated from Lyndonville Central School in 2018 and, while there, enjoyed playing basketball and baseball, hanging out with friends, and going fishing. He then got a job at Lake Ontario Fruit in Albion and, for the short amount of time he was there, he enjoyed going to work every day and gained many friendships. In his free time, he loved playing games with his friends and cousins. Every day was full of music and dancing. For Richard, the most important things in life were his relationships with family and friends, and making sure everyone was happy and having a great time. His favorite response to everything was, “Mayonnaise.”
We will love you forever.
He was predeceased by his grandmother, Rachel Miller; and grandfather, Richard Forder.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Jessica Forder, Megan Forder, Morgan Forder, Christina Miller, Seath Forder, Trevor Forder and Logan Forder; his girlfriend, Adrianna Johnson; maternal grandparents, Nancy Wisnies and Raymond McIntyre; paternal grandmother, Martha Meister; aunts and uncles, Laura (Terry) Stephens, Tausha (Cody) Miller, Brian (Cherie) Forder, Richard Forder Jr., Debra Forder and Scott Forder; and cousins, Daniel, Edward, Russell, Ashlee, Jimmy, Karlee, Kollin, Machara, Katie, Jonathan, Carlise, Travis and Jason.
The family will receive friends on Wed., Oct. 16 from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 21 West Ave., Albion, where his funeral service will be held Thu., Oct. 17 at 11 a.m.

Mary A. Klotzbach

Mary grew up in Hornell and then lived in Tioga, Pa. before settling back to Wellsville, N.Y. while she attended three years of Bible College. On July 3, 1948, she married the late John P. Klotzbach, and they settled in Albion.
Mary worked for 13 years at General Electric in Brockport, and she also worked as a tailor for Perfecto Dry Cleaners in Albion. In her later years, she cared for the elderly in their homes. Mary was a devout member of Oak Orchard Assembly of God Church, for which she and her husband ministered to the patients of North Wing at Medina Hospital every Sunday for many years. She also was a member of the woman’s ministry and was a Sunday School teacher for the children’s ministry. She enjoyed flower gardening and sewing, specializing in making wedding gowns. Mary also enjoyed spending time with her loving family.
Mary is survived by her three sons, John “J.P.” Klotzbach of Albion, Dayton (Sandy) Klotzbach of Virginia and Darrell (Vicky) Klotzbach of Medina; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; one brother, Paul (Marion) VanDruff of North Carolina; and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call on Thu., Oct. 17 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Oak Orchard Assembly of God Church, 12111 Ridge Road, Medina NY 14103, where a funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. with the Pastor, Rev. Daniel A. Thurber, officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Albion Cemetery.

Norman C. Wilson Sr.

He lived in Rochester for many years and then moved to Medina, where he worked for Lapp Express Company as a driver/dispatcher. He retired as a Teamster of Local 375 in Buffalo, then worked at Armstrong Pumps in North Tonawanda for another ten years. He served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army with the 1257th Service Command Unit and was a special chauffeur for the United Nations.
He was a member of the Sacred Heart Society in Medina for over 50 years, VFW Lincoln Post 1483 in Medina, Jr. Wilson Sportsmen’s Club in Medina, and the Medina Lodge of Masons #336, where he received his 50-year certificate in 2007. He was past Grand Lodge Officer of the Masons for New York State. In 1970-1971, he served as District Deputy for Niagara and Orleans counties, and he was a past member of the Alpha-Omega Council of Royal and Select Masters, Medina Chapter 281 of the Royal Arch Masons. In Lockport, Norm belonged to American Legion Post 410, Dale Association of Senior Citizens, and Elks Lodge 41, where he received the Elk of the Year Award in 2005. He also belonged to the I.O.O.B. Club in Alexandria, Va. Norm was also a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church in Lockport. Norm enjoyed bowling and woodworking, making birdhouses and feeders.
He is predeceased by his wife, Marian I. (Thompson) Wilson of Lockport; daughter, Kathy Ann Wilson of Newark; and brother, Frederick T. Wilson of Alexandria.
Norm is survived by his son, Norman K. (Susan) Wilson Jr. of Lockport; daughter, Debra L. (Robert) Jones of Medina; grandsons, Brian M. Wilson of Tampa, Fla. and Andrew J. Dotterweich of North Tonawanda; granddaughters, Stacy R. (Matt Summers) Wilson of Lackawanna and Amy K. Dotterweich of North Tonawanda; great-grandson, Theo W. Summers of Lackawanna; several nieces and nephews; and his very dear friend, Dorothy C. Stockton.

Brooke Elisabeth Allen

Brooke graduated from Lyndonville Central School in 2016 and was taking online college classes to pursue a degree in counseling. She was employed at Lake Ontario Fruit in Albion. Brooke was a devoted and loving mother to her 1½-year-old son, River.

F. Leslie Pinkowski
F. Leslie Pinkowski, 86, of Middleport and Gasport, died Oct. 10, 2019 in his home following a short illness. He was born May 23, 1933 in Niagara Falls and had lived in the Middleport area since 1997.
Les was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War and was also a member of Knights of Columbus, 4th Degree, and a past president of the Grand Island Rotary Club. He and his wife, Elaine, bred, raised and showed champion Cavalier King Charles spaniels, cocker spaniels and Bernese mountain dogs. Les was a member of the Bernese Mountain Club of America, the Niagara Cocker Spaniel Club, the North Coast Bernese Mountain Dog Club and the American Spaniel Club.
Mr. Pinkowski was predeceased by a sister, Roberta Ponn.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Elaine; son, Michael (Kimbra) Pinkowski of Brighton; daughter, Teresa Fritschi of Scotland; and grandchildren, Kelsey Pinkowski and Michael Logan Pinkowski.
There will be no calling hours. Service and interment in Holy Trinity Cemetery will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

Mark R. Griffin
Mark R. Griffin, 56, of Albion, died at his home Oct. 5, 2019. He was born Jan. 23, 1963 in Albion, a son of Richard Griffin and the late Janice (Minckley) Griffin, and he lived in this area all of his life.
Mark loved music, playing guitar, and animals – especially his beloved dog, Sophie.
Mark is survived by his son, Paul (Autumn Kupka) Griffin; his granddaughter, Angelique Griffin; his sisters, Sarah (Scott) Hess, Martha (Dean) London, and Elizabeth Mowers; and several nieces and nephews.

Edward J. Jablonski
Edward J. Jablonski, 85, of Roanoke, Va., passed away peacefully in his sleep on Oct. 7, 2019 after a brief illness. He was born in Medina on May 1, 1934 to Anthony and Sophie (Banazwski) Jablonski.
Edward is preceded in death by his daughter, Julie Marie Jablonski; and his siblings, Laura Clark, Helen Capelli, Josephine Ehrienreich, Matthew Jablonski, Dorothy Corica, and Charlotte Puccio.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 19 years, Carol A. Jablonski; children, John E. (Mary Ann) Jablonski, Deborah Ann (Chuck Kenney) Patterson, Joseph A. Jablonski, and Catherine B. Yutzler; stepchildren, Brian C. (Marie) Kreppeneck and Rebecca L. (Vincent) Muffoletto; grandchildren, John Cromwell III, Christina (Cleo) Jones, Brooke (Jeremy) Beatty, J.T. Jablonski, Ashley (Michael) Flora, and Alec Yutzler; step-grandchildren, Jacob and Matthew Kreppeneck, Brynn, Elise and Maggie Muffoletto; great-grandchildren, Donte Quinones, Jackson Hicks, Mason and Logan Beatty; numerous nieces and nephews; dear friend, Richard Sherman; and faithful companion, Callie.
Ed was employed at General Motors – Harrison Radiator in Lockport for 45 years. After moving to Roanoke, he was owner/operator of Mr. Ed’s Quality Home Repair. He served in the Army National Guard as a sergeant, as a justice for the Village of Medina and the Town of Ridgeway, and as a trustee of the Village of Medina, and he was active in numerous community projects. Edward was a member of the Medina Athletic Club (Medina Macs semi-pro football team). He went on to receive the Medina High School Wall of Fame award for his athletic accomplishments. He enjoyed competing in marathons and triathlons, including the Empire State Games. After moving to Virginia, he and Carol enjoyed biking, hiking, canoeing and camping.
The family would like to thank Edward’s primary care physician, W. Craig Mitchell, M.D., for all the many years of wonderful care.
There will be no calling hours. A celebration of Edward’s life will be held at a later date in Medina.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association in Edward’s name.

Dennis J. O’Grady
Dennis J. O’Grady, 67, of Albion, entered into rest on Mon., Oct. 7, 2019 at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Born Feb. 12, 1952, he was a son of James M. and Opal (Haugh) O’Grady. He served in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1973 during the Vietnam era, and also in the Army Reserve for many years after. He was the owner/operator of Zeke’s Bottle & Can Redemption Center in Brockport. Dennis was a member of Sheret Post #35 American Legion and Strickland Post #4635 VFW in Albion. He enjoyed playing cards, fishing and boating.
He is survived by his wife, Mary C. O’Grady of Albion, whom he married on May 16, 2004; his daughter, Erica O’Grady of Boulder, Colo.; his mother, Opal O’Grady of Middleport; four siblings, Karen (Edward) Beach of Sodus Point, Susan (Angel) Castillo of Newark, Danny (Mary Jane) O’Grady of Lockport, and Sheila Smith of Middleport; along with several brothers-in-law, sisters in-law, nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank Dr. John Wickett in Batavia for his special care, the staff on the 8th floor unit 3600 at Strong Memorial Hospital for their compassionate care during Dennis’ illness, and all of the family and friends for their kindness and support during this difficult time. It is deeply appreciated by Mary and the family.

Richard W. Truax
Richard W. Truax, 85, of Rochester and formerly of Gasport, died Oct. 7, 2019 in Highland Hospital following a long illness. He was born Jan. 22, 1934 in Gasport, a son of Perry and Mary (Sneiker) Truax, and he lived in the Rochester area for more than 30 years.
Richard was a U.S. Army veteran, serving as a sergeant and paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne from 1952 to 1955, and he was also a member of the VFW. He was an admirer of the outdoors, and he enjoyed a good cigar and a cold beer.
Mr. Truax was predeceased by six siblings. He is survived by his sister, Jeanette Hamminga of Olcott; as well as several nieces and nephews.
At Richard’s request, there will be no formal calling hours or services. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.

Daniel E. Taylor
Daniel E. Taylor, 76, of Trinity, Fla., passed away Oct. 6, 2019 at Tampa General Hospital surrounded by his family.
Dan was born in Maspeth Queens, N.Y. in 1943 and moved to Lyndonville at the age of nine. He graduated in 1961 from Lyndonville Central High School, where he was a gifted athlete. Dan went on to play semi-pro football with the Medina Macs for two seasons. He joined the Air Force in 1963 and served until 1966. Dan married his high school sweetheart, Pat, in July 1966. Together, they raised two wonderful children. The family moved to St. Petersburg, Fla. in the summer of 1979. Dan coached Little League baseball and softball at Meadowlawn Little League, as well as Bandit Football for Northeast for many years. He owned the Family Bike Shop and eventually retired from Gulf Aluminum. Dan received a heart transplant in March 1998 at Tampa General. He never wasted a single day. Dan was a kind and generous man who loved God and his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was an avid golfer, and he enjoyed playing cards, reading and camping. He spent time traveling the country and going on cruises. His beautiful voice and loving spirit will be remembered by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Marion Taylor.
Dan is survived by his wife of 53 years, Patricia Taylor; his children, Amy (James) Jones and Jeffery (Renee) Taylor; grandchildren, Sara (Corey) Coxwell, Jessica Taylor, Kaylyn Taylor, Daniel Taylor, Teresa French and Michael French; great-grandchildren, Logan Coxwell, Charlotte Coxwell, Spencer Taylor and Wade Reyes; sister, Norma Jean Pollard; brother, Mark (Lois) Taylor; along with many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Dan’s Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sat., Oct. 19 at 11 a.m. at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 12609 Memorial Drive, Trinity FL 34655. Calling hours will precede the service at 10 a.m.

Raquel Rodriguez Galvan
Raquel Rodriguez Galvan, 56, of Lyndonville, went to be with the Lord on Sat., Oct. 5, 2019 at her home, with her loving family at her side.
Born on July 18, 1963 in Evanston, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Rafael and Mercedes (Cuellar) Rodriguez.
Raquel was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who was a friend to all and was known for her beautiful spirit.
Raquel is survived by her husband of 25 years, Armando Galvan of Lyndonville; three children, Rachel Artica and Jose Acevedo, both of Rochester, and Yolanda Acevedo of East Bethany; ten grandchildren, Victoria Mercedes Artica, Tyerel Noel Wilson, Sarah Raquel Wilson, Christian Acevedo, Jonathan Benfer, Jasmine Acevedo Gonzalez, Angel Gabriel Acevedo Gonzalez, Izabella Bishop, Anabella Bishop, and Manolo Saldana Acevedo; four sisters, Araceli Rodriguez of Lyndonville, Rita Guzman of Colorado, Erlinda Zuniga of Lyndonville, and Margarita Aldaco of Albion; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Gordon H. Tooley Jr.
Gordon H. Tooley Jr., 73, of Holley, died suddenly on Sat., Oct. 5, 2019.
He was born in Buffalo on Aug. 29, 1946 to Gordon H. Sr. and Charlotte E. (Powers) Tooley.
He lived most of his life in Batavia. Gordy was a member of the 101st Airborne Division in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, where he proudly served his country. After serving in the Army, Gordy spent 20 years as a dispatcher for various Western New York trucking firms through the 1970s and 1980s. From there, he started Blue Oasis Beverage Company, where he spent another 20 years “cruising around the countryside delivering water.” For the past 17 years, he was the owner/operator of the Holley Hotel.
The many who knew Gordy understood his strong Christian faith, love for his family, pride in his country, and undying devotion to the great Buffalo Bills. No one was a stranger, and there was rarely a moment when he didn’t have a smile on his face. He will be greatly missed by his friends and loved ones.
He is survived by his beloved companion of 35 years, Kathy Blackburn of Medina; son, Gordon (Jamie) Tooley III of Ohio; three grandchildren, Isabelle, Tucker and Audrey; sister, Marcia Tooley of LeRoy; and Kathy’s son, Jim (Kelly) Blackburn and their children.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and by his brother, Gary Tooley.
His memorial service will be held on Thu., Oct. 17 at 3 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church, 120 Park Ave., Medina. Military honors will be accorded at the church.

Carolyn P. Beecher
Carolyn P. Beecher, 77, of Medina, entered into rest on Oct. 5, 2019 at Medina Memorial Hospital.
Born March 29, 1942 in Medina, Carolyn was a daughter of the late Ronald and Ethel (Male) Patten. She graduated from Medina High School in the class of 1960. Carolyn worked for White’s Greenhouse, Bells IGA as a cashier, and finally as a reservation officer at Darien Lake. She was a member of United Methodist Church in Medina and Johnson’s Creek Senior Citizens Club, and she was also a former member of the Red Hat Society. Carolyn volunteered with Twigs at Medina Memorial Hospital, in the activities department at Orchard Manor Nursing Home, and in the reading lab at Warren P. Towne Elementary School. Whether she was in a canoe or on the beach, she loved being on the water, and she was also an avid reader.
Carolyn was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Robert W. Beecher, on Jan. 31, 2016.
She is survived by her daughter, Deb Saunders of Medina; son, Craig Beecher of New Caney, Texas; five grandchildren, Patrick Burchard, Alicia Wylupek, Zachary Beecher, Brendan Beecher and William Beecher; two great-grandchildren, Savannah Burchard and Finn Barhydt; and two sisters, Sandy Terryberry and Donna (Francis) Grabowski.
Her graveside committal service will be held on Thu., Oct. 10 at 11 a.m. in Boxwood Cemetery. The Rev. Larry Eastlack will officiate.

Rhonda S. Yingling
Rhonda S. Yingling, 50, of Brighton, died unexpectedly Oct. 2, 2019 at Strong Memorial Hospital. She was born Oct. 22, 1968 in Brockport and lived in Brockport, Holley and Brighton all of her life.
Rhonda graduated from Holley High School in 1987. After graduation, she attended Roberts Wesleyan College and then transferred to SUNY Brockport, from which she graduated and obtained her bachelor’s degree. Rhonda also received her degree as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. She helped and guided many new dialysis patients based on her life experience. She worked at First Niagara Bank and Columbia Bank in Brockport, Key Bank in Rochester, Bells Supermarket in Brockport, and Jubilee in Holley. She loved baking, shopping, gardening, flowers, and her eBay business.
She was predeceased by her father, Paul Yingling.
She is survived by her mother, Arlene Weatherbee Kirkwood; her stepfather, Charles Beach; her beloved partner, Phil Bryant; her sister, Crystal Yingling of Florida; a niece and a nephew; several cousins; and the many friends she made at dialysis.
The family will receive friends on Sat., Oct. 19 from 12 to 3 p.m. at Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 16650 State Rte. 31, Holley, where her Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3 p.m.

Lisa Wallace Smith
Lisa Wallace Smith, of Greece, N.Y., passed away on Oct. 3, 2019. Born March 21, 1958 in Greenwich, Conn., Lisa had a special light in her heart. She touched many people with her kind, loving character and was gifted with a special musical voice. She loved to sing and play her guitar and participated on various church worship teams, local bands and open mic nights. Lisa had a beautiful heart and a beautiful soul, and she showered everyone she knew with deep and relentless love. Recently, Lisa fought a difficult 21-month battle with ovarian cancer, but now she is free of her pain and suffering and instead in the company of Jesus and heaven’s saints.
Lisa is survived by her beloved husband, Michael J. A Celebration of Life will be held for Lisa on Fri., Oct. 11 at 7 p.m. at Oasis Christian Fellowship, 2070 Five Mile Line Road, Penfield NY 14526.

Etta Mae Just
Etta Mae (Wojtkowski) Just, 96, of Gasport, died Oct. 6, 2019. She was born June 12, 1923 in Fair Haven, N.Y., a daughter of the late William and Leona (Noaker) Hanney, and she lived in this area since 1942. Etta Mae was a member of the former St. Mary’s Church in Gasport, and she worked for Fisher-Price in Medina for 13 years, retiring in 1984.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Joseph Wojtkowski; her second husband, Harry Just; and her sister, Lou (Ed) Wojtkowski.
She is survived by her daughter, Deborah (Michael) Rising of Conyers, Ga.; grandchildren, Angela (Leslie) Burchett, Kelly (Steven) Whire and Cheryl Rising; great-grandchildren, Jack Burchett, Kyla Burchett and Grant Lee Whire; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A private burial service will be held at Cold Springs Cemetery.

Jack H. Bellack
Jack H. Bellack, 93, of Medina, passed away on Fri., Oct. 4, 2019 at the Martin-Linsin Hospice Residence in Albion.
Born March 1, 1926 in Newberry, Mich., Jack was a son of the late Harry and Lillian (Slabodkin) Bellack. He worked in his family’s general store in Newberry from an early age. Sadly, his mother passed away when he was seven, and his father remarried his stepmother, Ida. He graduated from Newberry High School in 1943 and went on to graduate from Michigan Tech. While attending college, Jack was called to serve his country in World War II in 1944. He served in the U.S. Army infantry from 1944 to 1946 in the European Theater. He fought in the Battle of the Bulge, where he sustained shrapnel injuries and frostbite injuries to his feet. Jack received two Purple Hearts for his brave service to the nation. Upon returning home, he continued his studies at Michigan Tech and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering in 1949. While at college, he met and married the love of his life, the former Gloria “Mitzi” Kernanen, on June 18, 1948. For most of his engineering career, he worked at the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Co. in Cleveland, Ohio, retiring in 1987. He received his master’s degree in engineering administration in 1963 from Case Western Reserve University. Upon retirement, he and his wife, Mitzi, moved to North Carolina. They loved to travel and went on many cruises throughout the world, and they were also avid skiers. Jack was active in the IEEE, a professional engineering organization, for which he served as chairman of the Cleveland section. Among other pleasures, Jack enjoyed golfing, bowling, skiing, playing bridge, reading, and listening to classical music.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Gloria “Mitzi” Bellack; daughter, Deb (Michael) Flaugher; and son, Dean (Carol) Bellack. He was the cherished grandfather of Shawn (Jennifer) Flaugher, Joe (Laura) Flaugher, Adam Bellack and Aleena (Rob) Emerson; and the adored great-grandfather of Conor, Cullen and Ceiren Flaugher, Mila, Fiona and Anna Flaugher, and Cameron Emerson. He is also survived by his brother, Phil (late Carol) Bellack; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter, Andrea Kinney; brothers, Ervin and Simon Bellack; and sister, Esther Bellack.
Calling hours will be held on Sun., Oct. 13 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St., Medina. A memorial service will be held on Mon., Oct. 14 at 10:30 a.m. at The Grove United Methodist Church, 11004 W. Center St., Medina. Military honors will be accorded at the church. Interment will be held at a later date in his family plot in Elo, Mich.

Charles D. Sutliff

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Frances “Frannie” Rice Sutliff; children, Robert (Vickie) Sutliff, D’Ann (Andy) Sutliff Klaver, and Stephen (Carol) Sutliff; and several grandchildren.
Charles is a 1956 graduate of Scott Township High School. He served in the United States Navy and was employed by Davenport Machine Tool Co. for 36 years.

Elizabeth Bartholomew
Elizabeth Bartholomew (née Bieliski), 94, of Buffalo and formerly of Medina, entered into rest on Sat., Sept. 28, 2019 at the Terrace View Nursing Facility in Buffalo. Born Aug. 22, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Eleanor (Macioszek) Bieliski.
A graveside committal service will be held on Tue., Oct. 8 at 10:15 a.m. in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Burl E. Dodson
Burl E. Dodson entered into rest on his 63rd birthday, Sept. 28, 2019, at Medina Memorial Hospital.
Burl was born Sept. 28, 1956 in Paris, Texas to Samuel E. Dodson and Janet (Woodworth) Doty. Burl attended high school in Valentine, Neb. and worked throughout his life as a stone mason and a cook. Burl married Sandy Gentry on April 1, 1975. Of this union, one child was born, Patricia Hope Dodson. Burl married Pam Dodson on July 12, 1986. Of this union, two children were born, Daniel Dodson and Amber Dodson. He ran BMW Masonry out of his home in Albion. He was also very active in Albion school functions and was a member of the PTA.
Burl is survived by three children, Patti (Jeremy) Lee-Smith of David City, Neb., Daniel (Jacquelynn) Dodson of North Java, N.Y. and Amber Dodson of Rochester, N.Y.; grandchildren, Gentrie Dodson, Madison Lee, Angel Dodson, Gage Swan, Mykal Thousand, Finn Dodson and Willa Dodson; sister, Sondra (Dan) Adams of Wheatland, Iowa; brother, Wallace Dodson of Nebraska; nieces, Linda (James) Jones, Andrea (Jerry) Bopp, Amanda (Dwight) Wiese and Kaylee Hollandsworth; and nephews, Eric (Jenny) Colburn and Ty Hollandsworth.
He is predeceased by his parents; and by his sister, Joanna Kate Hollandsworth.
