Lucille Buckner

Lucille E. (Erway) Buckner, 88, of Albion, passed away Aug. 19, 2020 in Kenasville, N.C. She was born Aug. 3, 1932 in Albion to Ethan and Mildred Erway.

Lucy and Lyell built their home on Kenyonville Road in Albion, where they raised their three children. She picked apples in the fall, made beautiful quilts, and always had time to spend with her family. She loved to go camping with the whole family. She always found time to bake pies and cookies for the Eagle Harbor Church Rummage Sale. Lucy worked for a while at the Lake Country Pennysaver. Her brother, David, says that Lucy made the best pecan pie around.

Lucy was predeceased by her father and mother, Ethan and Mildred; her husband, Lyell; two sons, Steven and Bruce; a grandson, James Lake; a granddaughter, Adora Torres; and a brother, Gerald.

She is survived by her daughter, Gale Buckner; granddaughters, Denise Sullivan, Gloria (Christopher) and Amanda Buckner; grandsons, Charles, Andrew (Sara), Adam (Holley) Lake, and Nicholas Buckner; three brothers, Ray (Betty), Donald (Glenda) and David (Pat); a sister, Shirley Tower; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and many very good friends.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date. Lucy was deeply loved and will be sadly missed.

DeLois T. “Ted” Thompson, 93, of Albion, died Aug. 20, 2020 in the Martin Linsin Hospice Residence. He was born Sept. 11, 1926 in Albion to E. DeLois and Luella (Brown) Thompson and, in addition to living in Albion, he lived all over the United States due to his job requirements.

Ted was a United States Army Air Corps veteran of World War II and worked as a topographer for the United States government. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, sports of all kinds, and tinkering in the stock market.

Ted is survived by his wife of 69 years, Patricia; his children, Susan (Dr. Edward) DePeters of California, Marcia (David) Harris of Cazenovia, N.Y., and Jan (Tom Keeler) Spencer of Albion; four grandchildren, Mark (Michelle) DePeters, Leigh (Tom) Watts, Evan Harris, and Daley (Cody) Harris; and four great-grandchildren, Zayden and Liam DePeters, Sawyier and Forrest Watts.

There will be no calling hours. A private service and interment in Mt. Albion Cemetery will take place at the convenience of the family.

John R. Daniels

John R. Daniels, 82, of Albion, died in his home Aug. 18, 2020, following a brief illness and surrounded by his family. He was born Jan. 2, 1938 in Albion to John S. and Frances (Nayman) Daniels and was a lifelong resident of this area.

John was a 1951 graduate of St. Mary’s School and married the love of his life, Alice Conley, on Feb. 7, 1959. He was a veteran of the United States Army National Guard, and he was a former employee of Eastman Kodak. John was a life member of the Albion Fire Department, having participated as an Albion Firefly on the Competition Tournament Team, and he served as Assistant Chief and Chief of the department. He also gave back to his community by serving as a trustee on the Albion Village Board and as an Arson Investigator for the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department. John was a member of St. Mary’s Athletic Club and St. Mary’s Archer’s Club, and he was an avid deer hunter who enjoyed fishing, trapping, and going to the blues festival in Alexandria Bay for years.

Mr. Daniels was predeceased by his wife, Alice.

He is survived by his children, John (Emily) Daniels of Alabama, Teresa (Chris Miller) Daniels of Florida, and Richard Daniels of Albion; his brother, Robert (Peggy) Daniels of Albion; his grandchildren, Christina (Steve Watts) Daniels, Katherine (Jared) Fleming, Ann (Quil) Gaffney, and Thomas (Jennifer Ryder) Manning; his great grandchildren, Allister, Archibald, Ellis, Ashay, Tianna, Haley, Alexis, Corbin, Coby, Aquil, Hailey, Joshua, Kadinz, Alyxes and Kale; as well as several nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours. John’s service and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

Antonio J. “Tony” D’Lallo Jr., 79, of Holley/Clarkson, died Aug. 12, 2020 at his residence following a brief illness. He was born Dec. 14, 1940 in Albion to Anthony and Lillian (Heisler) D’Lallo and was a lifetime resident of this area.

Tony was a former employee of Eastman Kodak and was the owner/operator of the Talk of the Town Beauty Salon in Brockport. He could be considered a workaholic by some people’s standards and was a self-sufficient handyman. In his spare time, Tony enjoyed snorkeling and swimming in the Hulberton quarries.

Mr. D’Lallo was predeceased by his brothers, Robert and Dave Simpson; and his sister, Sally Piedmonte.

He is survived by his children, Linda (Ronald) Foreshay of Virginia, Antonio D’Lallo III of Colorado, and Michael (Anita) D’Lallo of Spencerport; six grandchildren, Dan, Jeff, Nick, Gabby, Alex and Brianna; and a great-grandson, Ethan.

There will be no calling hours. A private service and interment will take place at the convenience of the family.

Edwin Michel

Edwin F. Michel Sr., 80, of Lyndonville, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Mon., Aug. 17, 2020.

Edwin is survived by his loving wife and partner in all things, Carole; his sons, Edwin Jr. (Lee) and Jeffrey (Kathryn); grandchildren, Steven and Sean; brothers, Carl (Beverly) and Fred; sister, Gloria (Berkley); mother-in-law, Albertina Salvo; several nieces and nephews; and many, many friends and acquaintances.

He is predeceased by his parents, Edwin and Ella Michel; and his sister-in-law, Carol Michel.

Edwin was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. Ed and Carole, through accommodating each other’s frailties and supporting each other’s dreams and endeavors wholeheartedly, were blessed to have 58 wonderful years together. His great joy was his family, and he created a place for them all to enjoy at the lake.

Edwin was involved in his community – first in his birthplace of Baltimore, Md., and then when he moved to Western New York and Naples, Fla., he involved himself generously in many causes, one of his favorites being the Lyndonville library. Edwin was known for his wise decisions, generous nature and quick sense of humor.
Edwin was an owner/partner of Sieck Floral Distributing, located in Buffalo.

A private service will take place at the convenience of the family. We will celebrate the wonderful influence he was, in so many ways and in so many lives.

Leona BlosenhauerLeona F. Blosenhauer, 92, of Holley, died Aug. 18, 2020 at Unity Hospital. She was born Nov. 4, 1927 in Hannibal, N.Y., a daughter of the late Fredrick and Hazel (Manning) Salisbury, and she lived in this area most of her life.

Leona was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Holley and a former member of the Fancher-Hulberton-Murray Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary. Leona will be remembered for her love of baking.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Joseph E., in 1990; her son, David; brothers, Glenn, Irving, Arthur, Victor and Truman Salisbury; and sisters, Leah Smonds and Doris Hines.

She is survived by her sons, John (Jeannine), Gary (Sandy), Joseph (Barbara), Donald (Mary) and Tom (Chris); 21 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 16650 State Route 31, Holley, on Fri., Aug. 21 from 10 to 11 a.m., followed by her funeral service at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Everyone is required to wear face masks upon entering the funeral home. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

Cecelia M. Nowicki

Cecelia NowickiCecelia M. “Cece” Nowicki, 78, of Brockport, passed away unexpectedly at her home with her beloved dog, Dutchess, by her side. She was born Feb. 11, 1942 in Albion to the late Clifford and Lorena (Buongiorne) Ward.

Cece was very active in Holy Family Parish – St. Joseph’s Church for many years with the annual Lawn Fete, and she also served as the Eucharistic Minister. Her greatest love was spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, John Sr., in 2010; sons, John Jr. and Jeffrey; and aunt, Madelyn B. Frascarella.

Cece is survived by her children, Steven Nowicki, Barbara Nowicki and Billie Harper; sister-in-law/caregiver, Delice Nowicki; as well as several other in-laws.

There are no calling hours. Cece’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Mon., Aug. 24 at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Parish – St. Joseph’s Church, W. Park Street, Albion NY 14411. Face masks will be required at the church, and please use the east ramp entrance. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

Douglas A. Albone

Douglas A. Albone, 68, of Medina, entered into rest on Sun., Aug. 16, 2020 at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital with his wife, Paulette, by his side. He was born Jan. 7, 1952 in Medina, a son of the late Joseph and Dorothy (Fritz) Albone.

He was employed as a truck driver for 30-plus years and retired from Champion Moving & Storage in Brockport. His truck driving career gave him the opportunity to visit many states and family along the way. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion, Butt-Clark Post #204; and a social member of VFW, Lincoln Post #1483.

Doug was an avid card player, especially euchre, and he also enjoyed hunting and fishing. For many years, Doug was the team leader for the annual Diabetes Walk that was held in Batavia, where he and his team raised money for the American Diabetes Association. Fundraising and giving to others were things that Doug enjoyed. He loved fishing so much that he organized an annual fishing derby at Glenwood Lake in Medina. The proceeds each year were shared between Kendall and Medina food pantries. Doug started each year in January collecting prizes for the derby. At that time, he was still an over-the-road truck driver. At each stop that had any fishing gear, Doug was asking for a donation, and he was extremely successful. He continued this event until he could no longer organize it due to health reasons.

He is survived by his wife, Paulette M. (Davis) Albone of Medina; one daughter, Celeste (Michael) Cline; four sons, Christopher (Denise) Adams, Michael (Becky Houseman) Adams, James (Carrie Ann) Adams, and Nicholas (Veronica) Adams; six grandchildren, Alicia (Quinton), Sydney (Justin), Allissa, McKenna, Benjamin and Adelyn; four great-grandchildren, Scarlett, Kingston, Greycen and Vinnie; siblings, Patricia (Robert) Farman, Sandra (Wally) Ancker, Bruce (Cindy) Albone and Diana (Paul) Fulcomer; several nieces and nephews; and good friend, Rick Culver.

Beside his parents, Doug was predeceased by his sister, Linda Brownell; and his grandson, Trevor Adams.

There will be no calling hours. His memorial service will be held on Sat., Aug. 22 at 2 p.m. at Kendall United Methodist Church, 1808 Kendall Road, Kendall NY 14476. All those attending must wear masks and adhere to church gathering protocols.

Margo Passarell

Margo M. Passarell, 60, of Holley, passed away Aug. 14, 2020. She was born Dec. 8, 1959 in Brockport, a daughter of Elizabeth (Bower) and the late Kenneth Passarell. Margo was a member of St. Mary’s Church and a graduate of Holley High School, class of 1978. She was employed by Suburban Electric for 26 years. Margo enjoyed music and loved to do anything and everything with her family and friends.

Margo is survived by her loving family: her son, Joshua Curtiss; her mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Passarell; her siblings, Robert (Richard Grybos) Passarell, Louise Passarell, Jeff (Nancy) Passarell and Cindy (Keith) Oliver; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Margo’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Church, 13 S. Main St., Holley, on Wed., Aug. 19 at 10 a.m. Face masks are mandatory. Private interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery.

John Milton Howell

John Milton Howell, 74, of Madisonville, Tenn. and formerly of Holley, went to be with the Lord on Aug. 14, 2020, surrounded by family. He was born March 12, 1946 to Milton and Ruth Howell in Brockport.

John was an avid fisherman and bowler. Before John became ill, you could often find him out fishing with family or his good friend, Dick Kovaleski. He made so many friends over the years fishing, bowling, and riding motorcycles. He served in the Army from 1965 to 1968 in Okinawa, Japan, and he loved to tell stories about his time over there.

John was predeceased by his parents; his first wife, Leatha (Janie) May Howell in 1973; his brothers, Bill, Clarky and Bobby; and his sisters, Mae Miller and Bonnie Howell.

He is survived by his wife, Maudie; his children, Connie (Gerald) Furness of Albion, John Howell of Vonore, Tenn., Scottie Osborne of Albion, and Mike (Nicole) Howell of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Nick (Hailey) Furness, Crystal (Zack Plueckhahn) Furness, Alyssa (Nick Palumbo) Hering, Alec Pinson, Scottie Osborne, Tiffany (Kyle) Roth, Tauhna Micek, Heather Howell, Emily Howell, Kaytelynn Gibson and Michael Kibbe, all of New York; great-grandchildren, Braven Calliste, Clint and Montgomery Furness, and Nora Plueckhahn; his sisters, Marilyn Phillips of Virginia and Rita Mosher of Arizona; sisters-in-law, Mary Cobb of Florida, Rose (John) Sargent, Ruth Ettinger, Lori Ettinger, Diana Moyer and Linda Moyer, all of New York, Sharon (Jerry) Gross, Vivian (Lonnie) Ray and Tina Varney, all of Kentucky; brothers-in-law, Roger (Vicki) Ettinger, Henry (Diane) Ettinger, and Elmer Ettinger, all of New York; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

John will be cremated at Cremations by Grandview in Maryville, Tenn. The family will be planning a graveside burial in Hamlin, and a Celebration of Life in New York at a later time.

Judy A. Gelder

Judy GelderJudy A. Gelder, of Medina, entered into rest on Aug. 13, 2020 at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. She was born Aug. 1, 1939 in Watertown, the only child of the late Roy and Keitha (Tripp) DeRocher.

She graduated from Watertown High School in the class of 1955. Judy went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. While at RIT, she met her soon-to-be husband, Robert P. Gelder. The couple were married on Oct. 3, 1959 and, soon after, moved to the Medina area.

An active member of the community, Judy was a member of Shelridge Country Club and was a TWIG volunteer at Medina Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed playing tennis, golfing and football, and she was an avid reader. Judy also enjoyed quilting and arts and crafts and had a passion for interior design. She will be lovingly remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

Beside her parents, Judy was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Robert Gelder, in 2018.

She is survived by her five children, Karie (Rick) Johnson, Lori (Donald) Kleinschmidt, Timothy (Cheryl) Gelder, Meg (Mark) Schrader and Matthew (Melissa) Gelder; 13 grandchildren, Drs. Patrick (Shaelyn) Johnson, Brian Johnson, and Hannah (Seth) Shay, Adam Kleinschmidt, Ashley (Ryan) Overholt and Aaron Kleinschmidt, Bradley, Ryan, Matthew and Jack Gelder, Ruby Gelder, Hazel and Matilda Schrader; and sisters-in-law, Kathleen June (Ken) Gillette and Dorothy Gelder.

Services will be privately held by the family. Entombment will be in St. Mary’s Mausoleum, Medina.

Theresa BaityTheresa Baity (Sister Baseemah), of Medina, passed away on Aug. 9, 2020.

She was born Feb. 3, 1963 in Salibia, Commonwealth of Dominica, a daughter of the late Bosuit Lararus Valerie and Bernaddette Slick.

She moved to Medina in the early 1990s and worked at Orleans ABCD migrant Head Start for 15-plus years. She loved to spend time with her family and friends. She loved cooking, eating, entertaining, and spending time with her grandkids.

Theresa is survived by her seven children, Luqman Baity, Nafie Baity, Najeeba Baity, Mustafa Baity, Bayyinah Baity, Syed Baity and Natisha Alfred; stepchildren, Jafar Amin, Rabia Amin, Taqwa Baity, Husain Baity, Salih Baity, Hassan Baity, Tawfiq Baity, Ali Baity, Zainab Baity and Zahir Baity; 10 grandchildren, Shaqor, Jaleel, Malik, Arrianna, Malaki, Amina R., Jeremiah Baity, Eliana Baity, (and one on the way), Joslyn; a sister, Antonia Valmond; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, John Valmond; and a sister, Maurina Valmond Alfred.

Services were privately held, and burial was in Jannatul Baqi Cemetery, Shelby Center.

John David Bidell

John BidellAmerican flagJohn David Bidell, 77, of Medina, went home to be with the Lord on Thu., Aug. 13, 2020. John passed away at the Orchard Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Medina after a brief non-COVID related illness. John was born on Jan. 28, 1943 in Medina, a son of the late William and Esther (Ackerson) Bidell.

John lived in Medina nearly all his life. He began working with his family at the age of seven, helping to clean the Methodist church he grew up in. John held a number of different jobs throughout his working career, most recently as a custodian in the Medina Central School District. He had a knack for getting stains and marks out of anything, and a love for turning other people’s trash into treasures. John also served in the United States Army for three years between 1962 and 1965, receiving an honorable discharge. John was a member of Oak Orchard Assembly of God Church.

John moved into the Orchard Manor Nursing Home in April 2007 after living at home briefly, as a result of a major stroke that left him partially paralyzed and wheelchair-bound. John never lost his sense of humor, and he never met a person who wasn’t a friend-in-waiting.

John is survived by his four children, Tammy Bidell of Honeoye, Jeffery Bidell of Medina, Amanda (Joseph) Prewitt of Clintondale, N.Y., and Bradley Bidell of Rhinelander, Wis.; his grandchildren, Charles, Christina, Brian, Kimberely (TJ), Rachel and Ashlynn; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and his older brother, Paul (Jane) Bidell of Cleveland, Ohio.

John was predeceased by his parents; his foster brother, David Draper; his daughter-in-law, Cathy Bidell; and five grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Fri., Aug. 21 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Bogan & Tuttle Funeral Home, located at 226 Pearl St., Medina, followed by a funeral and graveside service with the Rev. Daniel A. Thurber officiating. In accordance with the “UNPAUSING” New York State Guidelines, 33% occupancy limitations will be observed, and masks and social distancing will be mandatory. Burial will be in Alabama Cemetery in Alabama, N.Y.

Grayson is survived by his mother, Amber L. (Bensley) Sherman; father, Raymond W. Sherman III; sister, Alexis Sherman; maternal grandparents, Terry and Dawn Bensley; paternal grandparents, Yvonne and Raymond Sherman Jr.; great-grandmother, Marie Burdick; great-great-grandmother, Florence Moden; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Nancy J. Holmes, 72, of Medina, passed away on Thu., Aug. 13, 2020 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Nancy was born Jan. 23, 1948 in Medina, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Esther (Campbell) Barkley. She is also predeceased by her daughter, Sue Ann Horn; and a sister, Betty Wodrich.

Verona Pritchard

Verona J. Pritchard, 89, of Medina, passed away on Tue., Aug. 11, 2020 at Orchard Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

Born on March 29, 1931 in Medina, she was the daughter of the late Jessie and Mildred (Grimes) Reed.

Verona grew up in Knowlesville. After graduating from Medina High School in 1948, she worked as an operator for New York Telephone for three years. On Feb. 14, 1951, she married the late Donald M. Pritchard. Verona held numerous positions in her lifetime: research clerk at Genesee County Abstracting Company; clerk at Knowlesville Post Office; as well as deputy town clerk, water clerk and assessor clerk for the Town of Ridgeway. She retired in 2001. In her spare time, Verona enjoyed gardening and was an avid tole painter.

Verona is survived by her son, Donald L. (Susan) Pritchard of Kendall; five grandchildren, Jeffrey S.
(Marcella) Miller of Atlanta, Ga.; Timothy Miller of Richmond, Va.; Kristofer Miller of Albany, N.Y., Jillian Pritchard of Mendon, N.Y., and Kevin Pritchard of Bethesda, Md.; five great-grandchildren; a brother, David Reed of Albion; a sister-in-law, Bessie Pritchard of Medina; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband, Verona is predeceased by a daughter, Cathy Miller; and a sister,
Marion Schompert.

Due to Covid-19, a memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced.

Phyllis K. Sullivan

Phyllis K. Sullivan was predeceased by her loving husband, Richard; her cherished son, Jonathan Kaiser; and Jonathan’s father, Edmond.

She is survived by her beloved grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jonathan and William Kaiser; and by many Kennegott and Sullivan nieces and nephews. She leaves behind dear friends, both past and present: Sabrina and David Renner and their son, Camden; Marsha Barrett, Cindy Micalizio, Rick Mancuso, and the Rebholz-Bush family.

Phyllis appreciated Dr. David Bressler, Paul Viel and Chris Pratt, along with their staffs, for their many years of care, support and guidance.

Following her retirement from NYSDMH, Phyllis and Richard traveled to Tucson, Ariz. during the winter months and spent 10 years enjoying the Southwest. She was most recently spending her summers at her cottage in Waterport with her constant companion, “Lady Bug.”

Per Phyllis’ wishes, a graveside prayer service will be held at a future date.

Michael D. Swift

Michael Swift

Michael D. “Swifty” Swift, 70, of Brockport, passed away after a long illness on Aug. 12, 2020. He was born July 9, 1950 in Brockport to the late Orville and Margaret (Blodgett) Swift.

Swifty loved to travel all over, oftentimes camping in the Adirondacks, or spending the month of July camping with family and friends and hosting a big party. He was an avid New York Yankees and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He worked for over 30 years at SUNY Brockport. Swifty enjoyed boxing, listening to music, and having a good party. His greatest love was spending time with his children, grandchildren and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Karen, in 2008; and his brother, Richard.

Swifty is survived by his children, Christopher (Chaley) Swift, Denise Swift, Jason Swift and Daniel Swift; grandchildren, Richard, Jared and James Swift, Joel and Jenna Ferrigno; siblings, Janet (Terry) Carey, Sheila (Don) Cox, Orville (Bernadette) Swift, and Elmer Swift; sister-in-law, Debby Swift; brother-in-law, Kevin Jennejohn; eight nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews; as well as many cousins.

The family will receive friends at Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 16650 State Route 31, Holley NY 14470, on Tue., Aug. 18 from 2 to 4 p.m. Guests will be required to wear face masks when entering the funeral home.

Mason C. Shafer

Mason ShaferMason C. Shafer, 60, of Middleport, passed away Aug. 10, 2020. He was born in Medina, a son of Wilbur and the late Alice (Lembke) Shafer.

Mason was a graduate of Roy-Hart High School and was co-owner of Shafer’s Farm in Middleport.

He was predeceased by his mother, Alice Shafer.

Mason is survived by his children, Jamie Codjovi, Stacie (Charles) Jowdy and John (Jocelyn) Shafer; grandchildren, Jelani and Brielle Codjovi, Caleb and Alice Jowdy, and Carter Shafer; father, Wilbur (Carol) Shafer; siblings, Eric (Christine) Shafer and Jody (Robert) Peters; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends at Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport, on Sat., Aug. 15 from 4 to 7 p.m.

Mary R. (Clementi, Barone) Ryan

Mary Ryan

Mary Rose Ryan, 91, of Albion, passed away peacefully on Sun., Aug. 9, 2020, surrounded by her family in Greenville, S.C. She was born to Salvatore Clementi and Anna Pecorella in Albion.

Mary graduated from Albion High School in 1948. She worked at T. J Lipton and Bells Supermarket, and she retired from Fisher-Price in Medina as a molding machine operator.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Salvatore Anthony Barone (married Oct. 7, 1950) and Clarence Edward Ryan (married April 15, 1978); and her sisters, Angeline Ulianelli and Frances “Peggy” DiMatteo.

Mary is survived by her son, Salvatore Joseph Barone of Greenville; her daughter, Lynn Ann Mino of Greenville; her son-in-law, Michael Mino of Greenville; and her two grandchildren, Brandon Mino and Erika Mino.

Mary brought joy to everyone she encountered, including her line dancing partners, her ocean cruising mates, and her neighbors, for whom she always had a hot cup of coffee.

The family will receive friends at Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 21 West Ave., Albion, on Thu., Aug. 13 from 4 to 7 p.m. Mary’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Parish – St. Joseph’s Church on Fri., Aug. 14 at 10 a.m. Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
