MEDINA – In a cool joint venture, students in the Orleans Career and Technical Education Center’s Welding, Electricity/Electronics and Auto Body worked together to help out with a project for a local small business.
The Olcott Yacht Club needed assistance with repairing a steamer table. Teachers Adam Zerby and Ron Jackson (Welding), teacher Bill Leggett (Electricity/Electronics) and Amanda Baker (substitute Auto Body teacher) asked students to volunteer to work on the table.
The students stepped up and did a great job repairing it to help them in time for the upcoming summer season.
