O-A bests Kendall in G-R softball
Completing a home and home series sweep, Oakfield-Alabamaa downed host Kendall 12-3 this afternoon in a Genesee REgion League softball game.
O-A, which also scored a home field 15-12 win over Kendall on Monday, improves to 4-0.
Leading 6-3, the Lady Hornets put a firm lock on the win by erupting for six runs with two out in the top of the seventh inning ignited by a double by Caitlin Ryan.
Julie Coble and Grace Robinson each had two hits for Kendall.
Now at 0-2, Kendall next hosts Elba on Thursday.
