Notre Dame girls edge past Albion
Notre Dame trimmed host Albion 38-33 this evening in a non league girls basketball game.
Rebecca Krenzer scored 13 and Callie McCulley 12 to lead the way for Notre Dame which held leads of 12-7 after one quarter, 22-16 at the half and 28-21 after three quarters.
Chanyce Powell scored 11 points and grabbed off 11 rebounds to set the pace for Albion. Sierra Newton added 7 points, Elisabeth Baker and Sierra Chudy 4, Caitlynn Snook 3 and Natalie DiCureia and Janae Doty 2 each for the Purple Eagles.
Albion, which is now 0-2, next visits Red Jacket in a non league contest on Monday.
