North Shore Fury basketball organizing
A new local spring league basketball team is being planned for boys in current grades 4-11 in the Orleans and Eastern Niagara counties area.
The North Shore Fury, which will be part of the Fury Basketball Club organization, is being organized by Kendall boys varsity coach Kevin Rhodes.
The team will be holding a free open tryout and evaluation session this coming Sunday March 9 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at Kendall High School.
Registration can be done on line at www.FLFURY.COM. Walk-ins will also be welcome but must be accompanied by a parent.
The North Shore Fury’s season will run from March 31 to June 2 and will include 4-5 weekend tournaments most of which will be local.
