N-O vs. G-R senior diamond contest Thursday

Photos by Cheryl Wertman – Lyndonville’s Kane Flynn will be on the Genesee Region League team and Albion’s Isaiah Callicutt in the Niagara-Orleans League squad at Thursday’s annual senior game at Genesee Community College.

The annual Niagara-Orleans League vs. Genesee Region League senior baseball game will be held at Genesee Community College at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.

The lineup for the N-O squad includes Vincent Zona, Bryce Pritchard and Isaiah Callicutt from Albion; Charlie Brigham and Walker Samanka from Roy-Hart; Brandon Orr, Jacob Siska, Dylan Krzykowski and Nicholas Pietrowski from Akron; Preston Harris and Cole Hanssen from Barker; Matt DiTullio from Newfane and Ian Evans and Steven Frerichs from Wilson.

The roster for the G-R team includes Zach Johnson and Kane Flynn from Lyndonville; Mickey Gardner and Hunter Menze from Kendall; Jarrod Ludwig from Pembroke;  Seth Doctor and Trevor Maier from Oakfield-Alabama; Takari Lang-Smith and Ryan Davis from Alexander; Zack Cocking and Tim Klotzbach from Notre Dame, Mitch Cook and Parker Widley from Attica; Peyton Armison from Byron-Bergen and Roger Barnes from Elba.

The senior softball game will also be held at 4:30 Thursday at GCC matching the G-R League vs. the Livingston County League.

Lyndonville will be represented by five players including Natalie Ostrowski, Anna Lewis, Stacy Buckland, Alecia Hinkson and Cassie Boyce.

Kendall will be represented by Kelly Mayes and Anna Oakley and Holley by Madison Marsh and Jocelyn Chilton.

The G-R lineup will also include Carson Marzolf, Lindsay Czechowski and Jordin Cecere from Alexander, Kacey Pearce from Attica, Rebecca Velasco from Byron-Bergen, Emma Finch, Gemma Bochicchio, Callie McCulley and Audrey Farrell from Notre Dame and Nissa Burch from Wheatland-Chili.
