No regular mail service today with Day of Mourning
In observance of the National Day of Mourning for former President George H.W. Bush, all Post Offices will be closed today.
The U.S. Postal Service also won’t be doing residential or business deliveries. The collection of mail from collection boxes will be limited.
Post Offices will deliver Priority Express Mail and some packages.
Regular Post Office hours and delivery will resume on Thursday.
Most federal agencies are also closed today.
