Ending a nearly 25 year old drought, Roy-Hart captured a share of the Niagara-Orleans League girls swim championship.

Roy-Hart, which last won the title during the 1993-94 season, shared the championship with Akron at 9-1. The teams split a pair of close decisions with Roy-Hart winning 89-81 and Akron 86-84.

The Channel Cats went on to have a big day at the All-League meet winning six events. Amanda Hill doubled in the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Butterfly and Kayla Hagen in the 100 Freestyle and 100 Backstroke. Hill and Hagen also teamed up with Holly DiMayo and Jenna Heiser to win the 200 Medley Relay and with Heiser and Madison Ohol to take the 400 Free Relay.
