Niagara sheriff releases name of Royalton woman killed in Tuesday collision
ROYALTON — The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a woman who was killed after a head-on collision on Tuesday afternoon on Royalton Center Road.
Linda Drum, 58, of Royalton was pronounced dead at the scene of the 1:18 p.m. crash. Drum was southbound when she crossed the center line and hit a northbound vehicle head on, the Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
Joshua Riley, 18, of Albion was in the northbound vehicle. He was taken to Eastern Niagara Hospital by Tri Town Ambulance for non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the accident is being investigated by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Accident Investigation Unit.
