New deputy sheriff completes academy, begins field training

Sheriff Christopher M. Bourke is pleased to announce that Deputy Angel Cruz Cruz graduated from the Niagara County Law Enforcement Training Academy on July 31.
Deputy Cruz Cruz will continue the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office’s comprehensive Field Training Program, where he will work alongside experienced Field Training Officers as he continues his transition into patrol operations.
Sheriff Bourke extends his appreciation to Sheriff Michael J. Filicetti, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, and the Niagara County Law Enforcement Academy for their continued partnership in training and preparing the next generation of Orleans County Deputy Sheriffs.
