New coach guides Lady Tigers

After guiding the JV squad last year, Dan Roggow takes over the reins of the Lyndonville girls varsity basketball team.

“The girls are working hard and working as a team so we’re looking to compete in every game,” said Roggow. “We’ve got a good depth of talent and we’re looking to play good, aggressive basketball.”

Six returning seniors including Autumn Nesbitt, Jenna Castricone, Tiffany Durow, Abby Feldman, Alyssa Mahnke and Madison Gardepe anchors the Lyndonville lineup.

The Lady Tigers roster also includes juniors Gabby Dusett, Rebekah Hoffee, Chelsea Poler, Morgan Hungerford and Leann Balcerzak.

Lyndonville is slated to begin Genesee Region League competition at home on Dec. 5 against Elba.
