Nearly all have power back on in Orleans

National Grid has restored electricity for nearly all of its customers in Orleans County. The power company this morning is reporting that 27 customers are still awaiting restoration.

As of 4:30 on Monday, there were 1,906 customers without electricity in Orleans, out of 19,416 customers.

National Grid has about 1.6 million customers in upstate and 88,000 lost power during the windstorm. This morning, there are 3,981 waiting to get their electricity back on. Erie County, with 1,469, has the most customers without power, as of 7:01 a.m. Next-door Niagara County has 45 customers without power.
