NCCC cagers score sub regional win
The No. 4 seeded Niagara County Community College women’s basketball team romped to a 75-45 victory over visiting No. 5 Genesee Community College this evening in a Region III sub regional contest.
Albion High graduate Tanisha Moyer had 18 points and 9 rebounds and Roy-Hart grad Jesse DeWaters 13 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists for NCCC.
NCCC, which improves to 22-9, next visits top seeded Monroe Community College in the Region 3 semifinal at 12 p.m. Saturday.
