NCCC drops softball twin bill
Broome Community College swept a doubleheader from the Niagara County Community College softball team today by narrow scores of 5-3 and 13-11.
Medina High graduate Olivia Hermann and Newfane head Morgan Bedford each had an RBI for NCCC in the opener.
Hermann then had a triple and an RBI, Bedford a double and an RBI and Newfane grad Jordan Beutel a double, triple and 4 RBIs in the second game.
NCCC is now 5-9 in the conference and 7-15 overall.
