NCCC bows to highly ranked foe

Monroe Community College, which is ranked No. 6 in the nation, posted a 90-53 victory over Niagara County Community College in women’s basketball this evening.

Albion High graduate Tanisha Moyer had 9 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists and Roy-Hart grad Jesse DeWaters 8 points and 3 assists for NCCC whose leading scorer was Merrick Rowland with 20.

NCCC is now 18-4 on the season.
