Nationals bats overpower Renegades
Everyone in the lineup had at least one hit as the Niagara Nationals blanked the Wyoming Renegades 13-0 this evening in a Boys of Summer League game at Attica.
Sam Murphy had 5 hits and 5 RBIs to lead the Nationals 18 hit attack. Nate Sherman added 3 hits as Joe Dell’oso and Aiden Johnston both had 2.
Dell’oso had a triple and Sherman a double to highlight a 6 run seventh inning which also included singles by Carson Harper, Chris Goyette and David Belsito.
Trevor Luthart and Belsito combined for the shutout on the mound scattering 6 hits and striking out 5.
