N-O vs. G-R senior baseball game Wednesday

The curtain will ring down of the local high school baseball season Wednesday with the annual Niagara-Orleans League vs. Genesee Region Leage Exceptional Senior game at Genesee Community College at 5 p.m.

The G-R roster will include Jacob Hoffee, Mike Wells, Eric Neace and Cody Bentley from Lyndonville, Dylan Hillabush and Collin Papaj from Holley,  Dane Heberlein and Derrick Busch from Alexander, Owen Thompson and Kyle Casey from Attica, Colin Noeth, Ryan Gonyea and Adam Walker from Byron-Bergen, Evan Bender and Dylan D’Alba from Notre Dame and Austin Kotarski and Jake Borkholder from Oakfield-Aalbama/Elba.

The N-O lineup will be composed of only players from Roy-Hart, Barker and Wilson as the league’s other four teams (Albion, Medina, Akron and Newfane) fielded underclassmen dominated squads this season.

The lineup for the N-O will include Eric Fitch, Brendan Hess, Austin Walker, Jake Stern, Cam Meadows and Nick Kubas from Roy-Hart; Devon Mangan, Kyle MacDonald, Cameron Fox and Josh Richbart from Barker along with Jonah Miller, Connor Seeley, Brayden Skobjak and Justin Daul from Wilson.

There will also be an Exceptional Senior softball game at that same time at GCC matching the G-R League against the Livingston County League.
