N-O quintet earns All-WNY honors

Five Niagara-Orleans League players have earned spots on the All-Western New York softball squad.
Akron sophomore catcher Abby Stone, who hit .567 and drove in 51 runs in helping lead the Lady Tigers capture the N-O title, is a repeat first team selection.
Barker senior pitcher Erika Moeller, Roy-Hart sophomore infielder Kayla Brown, Newfane junior catcher Oliva Littman and Wilson junior catcher Jenn Darlak all received Honorable Mention.
Moeller struck out 158 batters and had an earned run average of 2.17. At the plate she hit .338 with 15 RBIs.
Brown hit .591 including 5 double, 6 triples, 2 home runs and 42 RBIs.
Littman hit .500 with 5 doubles, 2 home runs and 10 RBIs.
Darlak hit .508 with 3 doubles, 4 triples, 2 home runs and 24 RBIs.
