N-O duo earns All-WNY softball honors
Photos by Cheryl Wertman – Two Niagara-Orleans League players have earned spots on the All-Western New York small schools softball squad. Barker sophomore pitcher Peyton Bradley, at left, has been named to the second team and Akron senior infielder Ashlee Henning to the first team. Brady registered 146 strikeouts in 92.2 innings in the circle and hit .400 with 20 RBI at the plate to help lead Barker to the N-O title. Henning hit .500 with 5 doubles, 4 home runs and 20 RBI.
