N-O cagers resume action Tuesday

Photo by Cheryl Wertman – Medina’s Justin Morgan (3) and his Mustang teammates will host defending champion Barker Tuesday as Niagara-Orleans League basketball action resumes after the holiday break.

With the two week holiday break now over, Niagara-Orleans League boys and girls basketball action resumes on Tuesday.

Defending champion Barker will visit Medina to highlight the boys competition which will also have Albion at Roy-Hart, Akron at Newfane and Wilson at CSAT.

The N-O girls contests will have Medina at Barker, Roy-Hart at Albion, Newfane at Akron and CSAT at defending champion Wilson.

N-O swim competition also resumes Tuesday with Medina at RoyHart, Newfane at Barker and Akron at Albion.

The week’s action will also feature Lyndonville at Holley in boys basketball on Wednesday in a rematch of this past week’s contest at Lyndonvile which saw the Hawks nip the Tigers 42-41 on a three at the buzzer.
