Mustangs seeded 4th for B1 playoffs
Niagara-Orleans League champion Medina is seeded No. 4 for the upcoming Section VI Class B1 baseball playoffs.
Medina, which brings a 16-4 record into the sectionals, will host No. 5 Tonawanda in the quarterfinals at 5 p.m. on May 26.
Also in Class B1, No. 10 Albion will visit No. 7 Maryvale and No. 9 Newfane will travel to No. 8 Eden in pre-quarterfinal games at 5 p.m. Friday.
In Class B2, No. 10 Wilson visits No. 7 Falconer in a pre-quarter contest at 5 p.m. Friday. No. 5 Roy-Hart will then visit N-O foe No. 4 CSAT and No. 6 Akron will travel to No. 3 Southwestern at 5 p.m. on May 26 for quarterfinal contests.
In Class C, No. 8 Barker hosts No. 9 Cassadaga Valley at 5 p.m. Friday in a pre-quarterfinal game.
