Roy-Hart/Barker did jump out to an early 8-0 lead on a 14 yard touchdown run and two-point conversion carry by Smith.
However, Medina/Lyndonville pulled even before the end of the opening quarter on a five-yard Rhim to Fry touchdown pass and a two-point conversion carry by Rhim.
The Mustangs then moved on top to stay with a pair of unanswered second quarter touchdowns to open up a 24-8 half-time advantage.
First Cooper scored on a 42 yard run and then Rhim tallied on a 24 yard carry. The two-point conversions came on carries by Rhim and William Braswell.
Roy-Hart/Barker did cut the deficit to 24-14 with 9:10 to go in the fourth quarter on a 21 yard Bruning to Curry TD pass but could get no closer.
The Mustangs got that one right back with interest as Cooper returned the ensuing kickoff 79 yards for a touchdown and Rhim added the two-point conversion to make it 32-14.
Medina/Lyndonville then capped off the win with a 65 yard touchdown run by Rhim with 5:47 remaining.
Fumble recoveries by Elijah Sones and Abi Cruz-Robb and a forced fumble by Jorge Phillips highlighted the efforts by the Mustangs defensive unit whose leading tackler was Mason Lewis with 18.
