Mustangs rally to nip Lady Hawks

Medina outlasted Holley 20-19 in a free scoring non league girls softball game at Vets Park this afternoon.
A two-run single by Lilah Class in the bottom of the seventh inning provided the margin of victory for Medina.
Karlee Cau also had a double and triple, Izzy Perez a home run and a single, Eva Lacy a single and double and Class 3 singles for the Mustangs.
Holley jumped out to an early 9-2 lead by scoring 3 runs in the first inning and 6 more in the second sparked by singles by Lily Newman. Serenity-Ann Rath and Skylar Gallagher.
Medina got back in the game by scoring 4 runs in the third inning as Class and Perez had singles and Lacy a double and 4 in the fourth as Cau had a double and Lacy a single.
