Mustangs host four team gridiron session

Vets Park was a busy gridiron spot this afternoon as Batavia, Starpoint and Oakfield-Alabama joined the host Mustangs for a practice season at the Medina High football camp. Here Medina running back Tom Follman picks up yardage against a Batavia defender.

Medina’s Dylan Lewis goes up to haul in a touchdown pass from quarterback Jason Hellwig against a Batavia defender. Medina, along with other teams across the state, will begin preseason practices on August 18 in preparation for the upcoming season which opens the weekend of September 5-6. Medina will open at Newfane on September 6. Albion will visit Burgard and Holley will host Attica that same afternoon while Barker/Roy-Hart will entertain Lew-Port on September 5.
