Mustangs FC improves to 3-1 with 6-2 win
Improving to 3-1, the Medina Mustangs FC defeated the Moby Ducks 6-2 Sunday in a Buffalo and District Soccer League 3rd Division game Sunday at West Seneca.
Nate Dillenbeck scored three goals for the Mustangs as Casey Winiecki, Ethan Leonard and Ryan Laruffa each netted one. Winiecki also had a pair of assists.
Earlier in the season, the Mustangs defeated nWO FC 1-0 on a goal by Steven Anderson and WNY United Reds 2-1 on goals by Anderson and Winiecki.
The Mustangs lone loss was by a 3-2 margin to Lake Shore FC as Anderson and Leonard each scored a goal.
Medina next hosts the United Warriors at 6 p.m. Sunday.
