Ties cap regular season for Mustangs, Eagles

Medina/Lyndonville and host Akron played to a 0-0 tie in a regular season ending Niagara-Orleans League boys soccer game that was halted in the second half by bad weather.

The Mustangs finish the N-O season at 6-3-1 and the Tigers at 4-4-2.

In a non league game, Kendall rallied to earn a 1-1 tie with visiting Northstar.

Colby Hughes pulled Kendall even with a second half goal off an assist from Riley Robinson.

Jorden Ostrander made 9 saves in goal for Kendall which finishes the regular season at 7-7-2.

Holley was also involved in a 1-1 tie with Bishop Kearney in a non league game.

Cameron Bates scored the goal for the Hawks.

Girls Soccer

Kendall 5, Northstar 1

Alezya Brown scored 3 goals and Ava Quintern had 2 goals and an assist for Kendall in the 5-1 non league win over visiting Northstar.

Kendall finishes the regular season at 7-8-1.
