Scoring early and often, Medina rolled to a 10-0 win over Park in a non league boys soccer game at Vets Park this afternoon.

Aidan Papaj and Cole Callard both scored the three goal hat-trick to spearhead the Medina attack.

Cole Callard, who broke his own school single season record with 3 goals, heads toward the goal.

Callard’s 3 goals gives him a new single season school record total of 30 breaking his own record of 28 set last fall. He also increased his school career goal scoring record total to 83.

Medina jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead in the first 11 minutes as Papaj opened the scoring and Aleks Seefeldt followed with a goal just two minutes later.

Callard then scored 3 in a row to boost the Mustangs advantage to 5-0 at the half. He tied his own record of 28 with a goal at the 18 minute mark, netted the record breaker a minute later and hit the 30 goal mark with 3 minutes to go.

Papaj completed his hat-trick with a pair of goals early in the second half with the second coming on a penalty kick.

Goals by Tyler Kroening, Izzy Anderson and Landan Costich then rounded out the Mustangs parade of scorers.

Austin Seefeldt had 3 assists and Papaj 2 as Callard, Luke Duffina, Vinny Gray and Jimmy Dieter each had 1.

The victory was the 10th of the season for Medina which is now 10-1-1 overall.
