Three first half touchdown passes sparked Medina to a 48-6 victory over Roy-Hart/Barker/Lyndonville in a C North Division game this evening at Middleport.

Quarterback Aiden Pitts hooked up with Cayden Lilleby for an 18 yard touchdown pass in the first quarter and then connected with Kaedon Cleveland for a pair of TD strikes in the second quarter covering 15 and 40 yards.

Noah Skinner tacked on a pair of two-point conversion runs and Pitts one during that stretch to give Medina a 24-0 half-time lead.

The Mustangs defensive unit did not allow the Silverbacks to get a first down in the half.

Pitts threw his fourth touchdown pass completion to open the second half on a 65 yard toss to Skinner who added the two-point conversion win to make it 32-0.

Fourth quarter touchdown runs of 45 yards by Skinner and 10 yards by Amari Soule, who each tacked on two-point conversion runs, rounded out the Mustangs scoring.

Quarterback Trenton Muck scored the Silverbacks touchdown on a one yard run in the final quarter.

Medina is now 2-0 and Roy-Hart/Barker/Lyndonville 1-1.

The Mustangs next host Cleveland Hill next Friday while the Silverbacks visit Lackawanna next Saturday.
