Jake Cotter, Brendan Luthart and Coby Albone each scored 2 goals and Mason Lewis and Mike Carson 1 each in the decisive opening period.
The Mustangs went on to lead by margins of 16-1 at the half and 18-2 at the three-quarter mark.
Cotter, Luthart and Albone each finished with 4 goals, Lewis and Carson 3 and Christian Silversmith 1.
Improving to 6-2, Medina next hosts Salamanca at 5 p.m. Wednesday in a Class D Division contest.
