Getting goal production from seven different players, Medina rolled to a 17-2 victory over Wilson in a Class D Division lacrosse game this evening at Vets Park.
Jake Cotter scored 5 goals, Coby Albone 4, Brendan Luthart 3, Mason Lewis 2 and Ethan Leonard, Christian Silversmith and Ian Joseph 1 each to lead the attack for Medina which improves to 4-1 in the division and 5-1 overall.
Up 5-0 after one quarter, the Mustangs increased their advantage to 13-1 at the half. Albone netted 4 goals, Luthart 3 and Cotter and Lewis 2 each in the opening half.
Medina, which maintained a 16-1 lead at the three-quarter mark, next hosts Akron at 3 p.m. Saturday.
The loss drops Wilson to 0-4.
