Mustang gridders add game against Lakemen

Quarterback Jason Hellwig and his Medina Mustang teammates will host the Wilson Lakemen at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Vets Park in a season ending non league game. Hellwig is expected to be ready for the game after being injured in the fourth quarter of the Mustangs 25-0 loss to undefeated Alden Friday in the quarterfinal round of the Section VI Class B playoffs. Also on Wednesday, Barker/Roy-Hart is scheduled to host Newfane in a non league contest at 6 p.m. at Middleport. Holley also has a ninth week non league game scheduled as the Hawks are slated to host CG Finney at 1 p.m. next Saturday.
