Brian Anderson scored what proved to be the game winning goal on a header off a corner by Greg Husung midway through the first half.

Improving to 8-4-4, the Mustangs later broke away from the tight 1-0 contest by scoring twice within five minutes early in the second half.

Husung scored just six minutes into the second half off an assist from Ethan Leonard and Kristian Snyder followed up with the clincher five minutes later on a long line drive shot.
