All of the scoring took place in the first 23 minutes as Medina/Lyndonville edged past Roy-Hart 2-1 in a Niagara-Orleans League boys soccer game this evening at Gasport.

Medina/Lyndonville jumped out to a 2-0 lead as Greg Husung scored 13 minutes in off an assist from Quentin Adkins and Brian Anderson tallied at the 22 minute mark from Matt Doherty.

Roy-Hart answered right back just a minute later on a goal by Alonzo Sager but the Rams could not net the equalizer.

Medina/Lyndonville improves to 4-1 in the league while Roy-Hart slips to 1-4.

In other N-O action, front-running Newfane stayed perfect at 5-0 by defeating Akron (3-3) 5-2 and Wilson improved to 3-0-1 by downing CSAT (0-6) 4-1. Trevor Moreland had 2 goals and 3 assists and Clayton Cleveley 2 goals to lead the Newfane attack.
