The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for Orleans County and all of Western New York for Tuesday from about 10 to 11 p.m. until Wednesday morning. Temperatures should remain in the 20s and 6 to 10 inches of snow could fall, the Weather Service advised.

The “watch” means the heavy snow is possible, but the exact track of the storm could change, the Weather Servce said.
