ALBION – Sheriff Chris Bourke, who is also the Orleans County STOP-DWI coordinator, announced that local law enforcement agencies will actively participate in the STOP-DWI Super Bowl High Visibility Engagement Campaign from Feb. 10-13.

With the anticipation of increased gatherings to celebrate the big game on Sunday, local law enforcement will be out to bring awareness to the dangers of impaired driving, reminding drivers to think ahead and have a plan for a sober ride to prevent injuries and save lives.

During this campaign, law enforcement agencies and local STOP-DWI programs will collaborate across the state in this coordinated effort to reduce the number of impaired driving-related injuries and deaths.
