Missing teen from Orleans located and safe
State Police are reporting that a missing teen-ager from Orleans County has been located and is safe.
State troopers out of Albion on Sunday asked for the public’s helping in locating Carmella Rowe, age 16. This afternoon, the State Police reported she has been located.
