Missing Holley woman and son found safe in Rochester
ROCHESTER – A missing Holley woman and her 2-year-old son have been found safe in Rochester, WHEC in Rochester is reporting.
The news station said the U.S. Marshals Service confirmed that Alexandra Finnefrock, 24, and her son, Theo Williams, were located in the area of Bay and Cummings streets.
Finnefrock was last heard from and seen on July 6. WHEC said police early today located the car Finnefrock was driving in Rochester with two flat tires.
The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office said that Finnefrock was arrested on a warrant for endangering the welfare of a child and arraigned by Judge Passarell in the Town of Murray Court. Bail was set at $5,000 cash and Finnefrock is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
Her son has been turned over to family members. A temporary Order of Protection was issued regarding the child.
The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office and Orleans County Child Protective Services will continue the investigation into this matter.
